According to a report from 251 communications & marketing, only 50 thousand houses are built in Ethiopia each year. However, it has been suggested that 7 million houses should be built in Ethiopia over the next few decades to alleviate the country’s housing crisis. To close this huge gap and meet the country’s housing needs, particularly in Addis Ababa, every stakeholder (real estate developers, agents, marketers, and mortgage providers) must play an active role.
To address this issue, 251 Communications & Marketing PLC organized a two-day event at the Ethiopian Skylight Hotel. Beginning early in the morning of December 17, 2022, our sales team members and marketers marched to the expo with models, flyers, and any audio-visual collaterals illustrating the apartments and villas we brought to market.
The exhibition hall was packed with people eager to discover what each real estate builder and mortgage provider has to offer the market. Determined real estate sales agents were also active in demonstrating their products to potential clients.
Our sales agents were no exception; they were busy answering the visitors’ numerous questions and registering interested potential clients. showcasing the current product – Yerer Homes and demonstrating the upcoming high-rise luxury apartment which is located at a prominent location in the city, Bole, this mixed- use duplex apartment is expected to stand out in the city & provide the ultimate luxury lifestyle to its residents.
Hosea real estate’s booth remained crowded throughout the day, and the same momentum was maintained the following day. We would like to thank 251 communications and marketing for organizing such an event, which allowed us to meet many real estate enthusiasts, potential clients, and fellow developers, as well as present our current and upcoming products to the audience.
